Custom Tours
Here are some great ideas for personalised tours if you cannot find exactly what you’re looking for in our regular line-up, or would like to add any of these as an extra.
Wine Tasting Tour
If fabulous New Zealand wines are a priority, look no further than ten minutes from Auckland International Airport where you can be relaxing with a great Kiwi meal (11:30 to 3:30) sipping a wide range of quality wines from award winning winery Villa Maria.
We will be waiting for you at the International Arrivals Terminal – no need for taxi or shuttle, and whisk you away to Villa Maria for your first Kiwi experience, even before you get to your hotel!
After this great introduction, we’ll drop you off at your city accommodation.
Any other wine tasting and cuisine tour can also easily be arranged for you.
School Tour
Arrange a NZ education experience where you stay close to a local school and your child attends as a day scholar for two or three weeks. Your youngster gets a real-time schooling experience while you can enjoy the many sights in and around the Auckland region, and get some idea about life in New Zealand from your hosts.
Rangitoto Tour
Catch a quick 25-minute ferry from Auckland central to our youngest volcano. Hike to the summit amongst black volcanic rock and peer down into the cone that last erupted a short 600 years ago!
City Photographic Tour
If you are a photographer and would like to spend some time in the city capturing the historic, cultural and architectural offerings, speak to Geoff, or ask him to accompany you to any other photographic venue of your choice. He is also a keen photographer so he’s your man!
Great Barrier Island Tour
Take the ferry or a scenic sea plane flight to Great Barrier Island – the hidden gem of the Auckland region. Then explore the island with one of our partner tour companies.
Museum and Māori Culture Tour
Immerse yourself in our Māori cultural heritage at the Auckland Museum and visit Bastion Point.
City Walking Tour
Discover the sights and sounds at ground level and mingle with locals at work and play. Food, art, architecture, history, culture and shopping all await!
